      As a Functional Application Analyst I have performed the following activities: Onboarding a new application for managing client mandates. In which the mandate follows a particular workflow and people from different departments approve or reject changes in a mandate for audit purposes. My role was to coordinate the onboarding. Stakeholder- and requirement analysis, contractor towards the IT supplier, creating test plans, coordinating users acceptance test and final implementation of the application and the Identity Access Management. Create and document user manuals and knowledge transfer. Improve the onboarding process of new hires. At the service desk we had a lot if tickets for people who just joined. During my masterclass Business Process Management (BCM) I took a close look at this process. As a business process manager I discovered where it went wrong in the process and adjusted the process. That saved a lot of tickets at the service desk. Onboarding a new bank application. My role was to coordinate the onboarding. Contractor to the IT supplier and point of contact to the vendor. As this was a difficult implementation and seemed to fail, I personally contacted the IT contact of the vendor, went over to the vendors office and setup a call with our own IT supplier. Together we were able to solve the issues. Creating test plans, coordinating users acceptance test and final implementation of the application and the Identity Access Management.
