Stein heads up the Elite Soccer program from a coaching and training perspective. I feel very fortunate that my daughter has played for and trained with Stein. He is a great leader, teacher and coach. As a parent it means a lot to me that he is first and foremost teaching life lessons and then soccer. He has demonstrated the ability to connect with each player in a very meaningful way. I have witnessed tremendous improvement from the athletes and teams he coaches. He reads kids very well and understands the type of communication and motivation that are necessary to have a positive impact. That comes from his education as well as his orientation. Bottom line; he cares and the players know that and respond to that. His teams compete fiercely and more often than not his teams are extremley successful on the field and in terms of team chemistry. I fully expect that Stein's career will be a string of great achievements and successes, but I also expect that he will maintain great relationships with the kids he coaches and those relationships will mean more to him than titles, trophies and championships.

Stein not only has tactical expertise and expert skills as a soccer coach, he is an advocate for his players, both as soccer players and as people. We could not have been more pleased with the skill-growth, confidence and life skills our daughter acquired going through Stein's soccer program. It gave her the confidence to try out and walk onto her Division III soccer team in college, where she is a 3rd year Varsity player. Stein is worth every penny and is a tremendous individual.
