ArtRebels is a cultural studio and creative community for unconventional thinking. They merge craft, curiosity and imagination to push boundaries and design culture that moves us toward a more humane, social and sensible future. I worked for them on a number of cultural projects, spanning from urban development through communication strategies to community gatherings. This included: - Conceptual development for commercial clients, including research of insights, ideation, pitching, deck creation, copywriting and execution on deliverables - Exploration and explanation of current cultural trends to guide and develop brand strategies and connect them to the intended audience - Cultural consultancy in urban development projects with a strong focus on organic living, circular economies and inclusion of communities - Curation of collaborators from the art and music community - Creation of event initiatives that were on point with current cultural ripples and created a value for commercial partners - Lead on the event series and community platform ‘Social Service Club’ which provided a space to nurture and explore the human potential. This manifested itself through a series of events presenting current trends in tech, science, design & art . This peaked in an annual festival presenting the very best of the international art and design community through workshops, screenings, artist talks, live music and parties on an isolated farm, repurposed as a community space

Strøm is the Danish organisation for electronic music and related genres. I played a fundamental part in the development, production, execution and evaluation of more than 150 events annually. This included responsibility for: » All concepts, descriptions, floor plans and other materials. » Setting and managing all budgets and deadlines for projects and events. » Coordination of artists, production and tech requirements, legislations and approvals, as well as time sheets. » Managing all technical aspects including: sound, light, electricity and transport. » Locations, logistics and venue management including crafting deals and contracts with partners, rental companies and venues. » Execution of all events, including recruiting crew members, scheduling and evaluation. » Finalising and submitting health and safety documents and approvals from public authorities. » Safety procedures and manuals for all events. » Managing the recruitment and coordination of 200+ volunteers. » Liaise with head of music to determine the feasibility of events, both financially and practically. » For the annual festival, the biggest electronic festival in Scandinavia attended by approx 15K, I take on the role as head of festival ensuring that content, communication and production is aligned to the highest standard possible. » Involved in the training of aspiring artists and music professionals, working with ambitious young people in the teaching of sound systems, lighting, clearances, creating atmosphere and event coordination.
