  As Principal Organisational Development Consultant with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, I am involved in facilitating and leading authority wide change programmes, using a vareity of techniques and methodologies. The change programme was initially based on Lean Systems Methodologies but this has evolved into using a range of different tools and styles. I am trained in Prince 2 and am an accredited practitioner of the Vanguard Systems Thinking Methodology. I have worked with a number of services over the last few years as an ODC - including Streetcare (Waste, Neighbourhood Services, Drainage, Public Lighting and Building Maintenance), Homelessness, Home Care, Trading Standards and an Intermediate Care Project in Adult Social Care (as a joint venture with ABMU HB). Currently web enabling services in NPT to allow greater access to services for the public 24/7.
