Alexandre Frenkel
Stefan joined Onyx Hospitality group in 2011 and was given the green light to implement a proper revenue management structure for the group, which did not fully exist at that time. It is under him that revenue managers were introduced throughout the network. More importantly he structured the market segmentation and implemented a proper support team at corporate office level to ensure the right implementation of revenue management standards. He rolled out the implementation of revenue management systems in the group. During his time valuable people were appointed and developped in the properties, many of whom have also successfully grown in their roles since then. From my experience working with Stefan he brought the structure and corporate office support we needed at the property level.
