  While continuing to be part of the company's business development in China, I have been involved as Project Manager in the Riyadh Art Program, a major public art project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.In the early phase of the program, I have managed all relations and deliverables of the involved stakeholders of the art world (artists, galleries, consultants), ensuring all proposals were in line with the program's guidelines, budget and expectations of the client, the Royal Commission for Riyadh City.

• Project Manager - Art Exhibitions and business development in China

  Management of all activities related to the organization of exhibition projects travelling to the hosting cities to coordinate such activities, which include: ideation of the exhibition concept along with the chosen curator/s, proposal and negotiation of projects to museums and lenders, logistic coordination (loan campaign, transportation of the artworks, insurance, couriers’ travel arrangements, exhibition construction and installation, catalogue, press office, inaugural event), budget management up to 1.5M €.Some of the exhibition projects I have managed:• Finding a Homeland at the End of the World, held at the National Museum of China and at the Hunan Provincial Museum, with loans from 24 Italian Museum and over 20 Chinese Museums. (2018)• Egypt. House of Eternity, tour of 5 provincial Museums in China, organized with the Museo Egizio in Turin, Italy. (2018-2019)• Treasures of the Romanov Dynasty. The Peterhof Summer Imperial Palace held in 5 Provincial Museums in China and organized with the Peterhof Museum in St. Petersburg. (2017)• Raphael. Poetry of the Image held at the Pushkin Museum in Moscow and organized with the Gallerie degli Uffizi, Florence, and several other Italian Museums. (2016)• Matisse in His Time: Masterworks of Modernism from Centre Pompidou, Paris held at the Oklahoma City Museum of Art and organized with the Centre Pompidou, Paris. (2016)
