  I’ve worked in an Irish pub in Seville for six months, improving and learning in an international enviroment. In that period of my work experience I put aside the theme of cocktails and coffee to learn more about the world of whiskey, beer and spirits in general, so as to have a more complete view of the figure of the barman. After a couple of mounth working there I assumed a role of greater responsability than my colleagues, working closely with the manager for the best functioning of the pub. Show less

  I worked during the summer season in the island of Ibiza, one of the busiest place to work in hospitality. I’ve started with no experience so I began as dishwasher and kitchen hand, after less than a month I’ve been moved to the bar where I worked as barman during the morning, doing coffees in a busy breakfast turn, and as bartender on the night shifts, experiecing the world of cocktails and spirits.
