This means supervising strategies, operational decision-making processes and initiatives in the areas of health, safety, environment, energy and climate, product stewardship, human rights, social initiatives, societal responsibility and corporate identity, value chain management, relations with institutional and non-institutional stakeholders, internal or external, activating, updating or modifying interconnected internal processes. The list of internal processes includes but is not limited to those referring to internationally recognized management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 50001, SA 8000, SPIRS, etc.). I represent or support the CEO, Itelyum and its companies and subsidiaries in national association activities (Federchimica, Unione Petrolifera, FISE UniCicular, AssICC, ...) and international (GEIR, ESRG, ...) or sustainable initiatives (e.g. Global Compact, Responsible Care), as well as in institutional relations and with investors, multilateral development banks and other capital providers.I am also responsible for accounting, controlling, auditing and reporting of non-financial results, including any third party assurance, and for integrated ratings.
