With a human centred approach I developed Smart City Mobility Service projects and proposals applying frameworks such as scrum and design thinking. I also supported the definition of a mobility service characteristics by means of analysis of flows based on agent-based traffic simulations.Product Owner and Product Manager of WheeM-i, I took care of technical development aspects, communication material and controlled the budget. As product owner, I developed user researches, built relationships with potential users and designed testing sessions with them. WheeM-i has been short listed as one of the five finalists of the Mobility Unlimited Challenge organized by Toyota Mobility Foundation and Nesta and winner of the Green Product Award 2021.
