I have been working with Stefan for more than 3 years, and I am writing this recommendation without him asking me to do so. Today I just realized that he is to me exactly what I think of in terms of an ideal business partner: very nice/making me unwind (same wavelength impression which means he is an incredibly seasoned sales person!), truly dedicated: day to day involvement/commitment - "silent" company's hero (the type I admire most), delivering on time with full corporate compliance. When Stefan was selected to look after the Indian operations, it was a smooth changeover for the RFS India team and especially me since we were a part of the same region where Stefan was looking after African operations and then as Product Manager he was always at our disposal to support us for possible projects in India. Stefan adjusted very well to the Indian and Sub-Continent scenario and during his stint with India we were successful in becoming a legal entity from a liaison office. He is very understanding and provides tangible solutions to problems and roadblocks.It is a very comfortable situation working with Stefan .It will be wonderful to work with him again .... maybe in the future ??
