Assisted in the project management of projects as part of the Student Cribs CAPEX refurbishment and development programme. 2022 development project value circa £6,800,000. Lead the Student Cribs design process which involved designing optimum layouts and co-ordinating with interior designers to develop the specification. Designed the company Finishing Schedule for use across new refurbishments. Enabled portfolio to remain ahead of competitor design to maximise impact on rental value.Conducted site visits prior to contractor start to review layouts and property condition. Produced optimum layout designs and basic scope of works following property inspections.Attended site meetings with Development Manager. Responsible for design and specification related contractor queries, preventing delays on site to keep to completion programme.Lead the company procurement programme. Responsible for the procurement and implementation of all FF&E for the CAPEX refurbishment and development programme. Totalled 170 properties in 2022, a 110% increase from 2021.
