Hooters has given me great opportunities to not only work in a positive and uplifting atmosphere but also prepare me in how to deal with conflict. I received my certification to become a corporate trainer only 6 months after starting and I have been privileged enough to train a multitude of new hires coming into the restaurant and provide them with a mentor they can rely on and overall guidance.
