January 2008-December 2012 Legal counsel- Services and Capex Units Drafting and negotiations of procurement standard terms and conditions, general terms and conditions for the provisions of services, general terms and conditions for the purchase of instrumental good, engineering services agreements, eco-energy service agreements, waste management service agreements, temporary agency agreements and consultancy agreements. Legal advices on specific issues arising from business relationships with suppliers located all regions. From January 2013 Legal counsel-Powertrain, Electrical, Interiors Units Drafting and negotiations of different type of contracts connected to the supply relationship such as supply contracts, long-term agreements, last call agreements, indexation agreements, letters of intent, non- disclosure agreements, settlement agreements and commercial agreements according to the internal customers’ needs. From January 2014 Legal counsel- Suppliers Risk Management Area Drafting specific agreements such as financing contracts, escrow contracts, pledge contracts, debt- rescheduling agreements, patronage letters, commercial agreements to be negotiated with national and international suppliers and representatives of local insolvency procedures; providing legal opinions on issues on the above matter in order to preserve supply continuity and avoid any industrial, financial risk. From January 2019 Legal counsel-E-mobility Area Drafting and negotiations of specific agreements related to (i) provisions of energy services through vehicles to grid system, (ii) second life batteries, (iii) purchase and installation of charging stations for electric vehicles dedicated to all FCA European network and wall box for final customers.
