  In every resort destination I have held the position (Rhodes, Greece; Sharm el Sheikh, Egypt; Tenerife, Spain; Watamu, Kenya) my main tasks have been:- to welcome guests at the airport upon arrival and departure- to supervise hotel check in operations at destination- to assist guests during their holiday - to illustrate the excursion programs I supervised the daily activities of our representatives (up to 14 staff) and animation staff as well; I also kept a good professional relationship with airlines handling agents at destination, hotel managements and suppliers in general.

  Goredsea.com, an online travel agency specialized on the Red Sea as travel destination, offered as well tailor made packages through their tour operating branch. Under the supervision of the Tourism Director, I was in charge of market and competition analysis on both Italian and German markets and later on of finding and contracting the best hotel rates and most suitable flights for our tour operator. Moreover, I assisted our Tourism Director on finalizing commercial agreements with main Italian and German tour operators on behalf of the travel agency,
