Organizing and Advocacy Fellowship

Hands-on advocacy training program for young people between the ages of 20–30. During the yearlong program, fellows learn how to work with the media, their communities, and policymakers to create change. The Fellowship kicks off in with remote orientation, advocacy training, and action. After coaching and inspiration at the Spring Policy Summit, fellows spend the final day of the Summit on Capitol Hill and speak directly with members of Congress and their staff. Throughout the rest of the year, fellows receive ongoing training on biweekly webinars. They hone their advocacy skills, taking actions like writing letters to the editor and meeting with their members of Congress. Show less
