Cristian Sarghe
I've had the occasion to work with Stefan twice in the past and I'd do it again with all my heart. Besides being a trustful and people-oriented team leader, Stefan is also a great talent spotter, having created a team of incredible developers for the Salade2Fruits' Bucharest based R&D department. He managed to inspire everyone in the team to improve both their technical and soft skills and never lost sight of the goals, while keeping the team morale high at all times. Yet, maybe the biggest challenge that he overcame was managing to create a team that doesn't depend on a single person at any moment. Nevertheless, he inspired a great degree of confidence and I feel like he followed through or at least did way more than I expected of him to begin with to hold true to all of the promises he made to people working with him. I can not overstate how much I appreciated the honesty and ethics with which Stefan treated work relationships. Amidst a fairly chaotic project he managed to carve out a bubble of fresh air which allowed Team Aubergine to excel at what it was doing.
