- Bespreken van de ontvangen aanvragen in de mailboxen van het change team : RFI / RFCBI / SRFC / RFC. - Check of de basis informatie die dient beschikbaar te zijn of vermeld moet zijn in de hiervoor beschikbare RFC documenten. - Vraagstelling naar bijkomende toelichtingen en of informatie aan de betrokken change requestor indien noodzakelijk. - Update van de Intake module door het change team & opmaak van de RFC’s in de tool SDE. - Het eerste aanspreekpunt is het change team. - Daily opvolging van de change “planning” + updaten van de “uitgevoerde” changes die effectief ingepland waren in de Change Calendar ( vorige dag en/of voorbije weekend ). Cfr Email of SMS berichten ter bevestiging van de uitvoering van de change. - Voorlopig inschrijven van alle changes die op de CAB gepresenteerd zullen worden “ter Approval” in de CC. - Definitief inboeken van de changes die op de CAB meeting (2X per week) “approved” zijn geworden. - Inschrijven van de Business “Overtime” aanvragen tijdens weekends ( maw dié betrokken infra + applicaties dienen operationeel te zijn èn ook te blijven <> Cfr conflictbeheer ). - Reserveren van tijdslots voor in te plannen changes ( dienen nadien wèl nog bekrachtigd te worden door een RFC aanvraag + Approved te worden op de CAB ). - Inboeken van belangrijke (Business) activiteiten ( bvb autosalon, batchbeheer van vervaldagen, tijdswijzigingen zoals winter- en zomeruur, … , enz). - Proactief inplannen van tijdslots voor RFC’s die voortvloeien uit de “In Productie Stelling = IPS” vanuit projecten. - Voorstellen van diverse data formuleren op vraag van projectleiders en/of system engineers waarop eventuele changes “zouden” kunnen doorgaan.
