Working with AWS cloud services, Lambda, Step Functions and API Gateway, developed REST API service in Python. I also worked with AWS IoT Greengrass to develop locally deployed AWS Lambda functions for a Task and Request server on USRP devices. This server used MQTT protocol messaging to exchange JSON objects as Tasks with a locally running Python server. Sensor data was captured according to the Task and returned to the Lambda function for later handling. Expanding my programming knowledge to include development primarilly in C#, Javascript, and MSSQL, I worked to improve functionality of a web portal. The back-end of this web portal facilitated access to cloud based services such as Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Blob storage, among others. Service reports were recovered from these services and presented through the web portal to provide easy access to data processing status and reports. Employing multiple moulding methods including, Compression, Hot and Cold Transfer, and a special focus on Liquid Injection Moulding. I develop processes for the production of Silicone Rubber products, ranging from General Appliance Seals to Aerospace Cabin and Engine Seals. Primarily involved in the initial Product and Tool Design and Development, as well as the Development of the Manufacturing Process for First Article samples.

Performed sample preparation and analysis of Metallurgical properties for Welded and Heat treated products ranging from Core Drilling Rods to Large Vehicle Drive Axles. Performed regular calibrations and monitoring of Non-Destructive Testing equipment (NDT), primarily Ultrasonic and Flux Leakage.
