It’s rare that you come across standout talent like Stefan, he was wonderful to work with. Stefan was very conscientious and dedicated to his work. Stefan willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities is something to be desired. I was particularly impressed by Stefan’s ability to handle even the toughest clients. A skill that comes perfectly naturally to him. Stefan customer service skills are beyond belief. Stefan is able to learn new systems and procedures very quickly. Stefan would be an asset to any team.

Stefan worked on the Arm account a CTM and was a very valuable member of the team, he delivered a consistent high level of service to our travellers whilst supporting travel bookers and our internal travel team. He always had a high attention to detail to ensure all elements of a trip were booked to support both the individuals and company’s needs.

Continuing my career as a midwife of Business Travel.....always delivering! Continuing to work from home, which I find makes me more productive and better focused than in an office environment.Switched to Sabre GDS, which was rather a challenge after a near 20 year absence!Serviced a dedicated account for just over 2 years, a worldwide technology company with their Global HQ fairly close to where I live. Enjoyed a mix of 3 days working from home and 2 days in their offices, which was a nice mix of work environments. To date I have been servicing the needs of another company with a global presence, again headquartered in the U.K.

Continuing my current role and starting afresh, continuing to use Amadeus GDS. Embarked on a change of work environment by working from home and haven't worked from an office environment since. In the main responsible for putting people on pressurised metal tubes at around 35,000 feet and screaming through the sky at 500-550 mph!!No, seriously though, I deal with a wide range of clients, from sole traders through to blue chip companies. I also deal with various motorsport clients, from Rally/Stunt drivers through to support staff for major teams. Many of my clients are happy to pass my details onto others, business by referral is commonplace, together with a very high percentage of client retention. I like to think that the endorsements I've had thus far, are a testament to me and my abilities.Twenty years plus in the industry has given me sound experience of the corporate travel industry. The sector is constantly changing and with the advent of technology, the job is much easier than it was many years ago! A long term user of the Amadeus GDS system and am occasionally involved in some testing of their new products before roll-out.Ever striving to learn new things, challenge myself and provide exemplary customer service as standard. Attributes that have served me well.

Started initially in the holiday shop, but wasn't enough for me. Joined the Business Travel department within a year. Promotion to Senior Automation Specialist, then Senior Business Travel Consultant, then Business Travel Account Executive. Responsible for a network of over 30 computers, dealing with all things technical and handling user queries. It took quite a lot of my time as well as being expected to do my main job role and hit targets!Rewarded for my hard work by winning the Lionel Malkin Memorial Trophy for Employee of the Year for the Cambridge office in its first year, in 1995.I've struck up many business relationships from this period of my career and I continued to deal with some of the same people many years later until 2017.
