  A new experience on the curve of learning. Changing the roofs and refurbing the facade on two occupied blocks have been probably the biggest challenge lately. Managing subcontractors (scaffolders, roofers, lead workers, renders, window fitters, painters, carpenters) and dealing with the suppliers and the permanent client on site meant improving all my skill and gaining even more experience and satisfaction.
