Thijan Dippenaar

I highly recommend Stefan for any professional opportunity. During his time at The Delta, Stefan played a leading role in multiple ventures, demonstrating his adaptability, creative problem-solving, and exceptional communication skills. Stefan implemented new structures and processes that improved the success of ventures, and his ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project burn rates was instrumental in driving their success. Stefan is a hardworking and reliable professional who would be an asset to any team and organization.

Stefan is a passionate and motivated individual that takes personal responsibility and accountability for any project he’s involved in. He goes above and beyond in delivering results and getting the job done, holding everyone to account, while still bringing a great sense of humour to the team. An asset!

What initially started as a 1 month internship between job seeking for graduate programmes, has now turned into a 6 month journey, at an exciting tech-facing company, focused on innovation and venture building. I feel very fortunate to have found work within the current climate and uncertain times for many. Moreover, it has been inspiring to see first hand, and be involved in assisting businesses in adapting to new industry environments. I have worked on an ad-hoc basis, coaching a number of different teams throughout the cricket season. I was tasked with working alongside different coaches in helping them recognise areas in which they can improve their teams performance, as well as develop plans and strategies to help them do so. I learned how to plan and organise coaching sessions, and worked with a number of coaches and players.
