We provide Data services to both internal and external clients in a variety of sectors such as Online Marketing, SaaS, or Finance, continuously striving to improve existing processes and finding new ways to turn our client's raw data into key insights and, ultimately, economic success.   After moving to Spain for family reasons, I used my experiences from working with large-scale datasets and analysis tools, and transitioned into a Data Analytics position. Working mostly for a large client of ODS, I started out building their analysis and reporting infrastructure, all the way from setting up ETL pipelines to fully automating reports and presentations using R/RMarkdown, building dashboards and small applications with Shiny, and dealing with ad-hoc data requests, among many other secondary tasks. Being highly successful in helping our clients transition their companies into modern, data-driven enterprises led to a further expansion of ODS's data department. This brought new responsibilities for me in the form of hiring, traning and guiding Junior Data Analysts, which also meant becoming more acquainted with collaboration and project management tools such as Jira, Git, etc., and placing importance on implementing Agile practices for working as a team.   I was in charge of Corporate R&D in the field of masterbatch for laser marking of plastics, coordinating all related activities across the international subsidiaries of the Gabriel-Chemie Group. As such, I conducted research on laser marking additives, provided technical services and product recommendations, and closely collaborated with Sales Agents and Key Account Managers to find tailored solutions for our clients.
