Grimonte Investment Management B.V. was established in 2017 by 3 partners : Luuk van den Heuvel, Stefan Gales and Erik van Langeveld. The partners have been active in the real estate sector for the most part of their careers (total +75 years). Grimonte initiates, structures and manages real estate investments for professional (private) investors and family offices. We are interested in all segments of the residential market (regular units, student housing and care). Furthermore we focus on the retail sector in the Netherlands and Germany, especially looking for grocery anchored neighborhood shopping centres in cities with solid economic and demographic fundamentals. Grimonte also provides advisory/execution services to assist third parties. We have longstanding experience in creating value by active asset management, with nearly all types of assets. We optimize returns of individual assets and portfolios by active tenant management, selective building improvements, restructuring of the finance structure and ongoing hold sell analysis. IBUS was an international real estate investment firm originally founded by Mr Onno Husken. I managed a portfolio of mainly office buildings in the Greater Paris Region (Ile de France) with a total volume of about EUR 150 million. Leases were renegotiated and improved, renovations executed, bank loans renewed and together with a local partner we realized the development of an office building. Furthermore we executed the disposition of the portfolio on piece by piece basis generating mostly double digit returns.
