As a product manager I have to develop, plan and implement the long-term strategy for the pig segment in line with the Roxell NV mission.- Translate the companies long term strategy (X+5) into short term (X+3) product plans and/or strategies.- Execute market and sales analyses for the pig segment and is responsible for marketing plans.- Follow up the innovation process: guides the product development process to make sure that specifications are in line with the marketing plan. Organizes and follows up field tests.- Develop and execute product introductions (X+1): develops and executes Marketing action plans in collaboration with the sales and marketing communication department.- Within the organization I'm the pig segment specialist: I organize and guide product training for the sales, service, dealers and key accounts.
