As from my start at CGI Stefaan was my Responsible Manager which I reported to and during these years he guided¸ coached and supported me throughout my assignments as QA2 Service Delivery manager. Stefaan is the people manager which can listen to what you have to say and reinsure you when you are not confident, guide you in your personal development and motivate/drive you to do things by providing the adequate coaching, trainings and support so you are be able to cope with the challenges. He believes in people and their capacities and can bring you in a direction/career path or doing things you may think not being for you. He’s a manger you will love to work for because he’s open, professional and believes in you and your capability.
