From there I stayed to lead the soldiers in the unit working with the unit commanders and the program leaders to create successful integration into the army.This job included working with high-ranked commanders to find the perfect fit for our soldiers, planning and executing special training, working with therapists to ensure a successful experience for the soldiers and their commanders, leading a group of commanders, and working closely with them on how to work with soldiers in the Autism Spectrum.
