Created integrated outage schedules to incorporate new process units into existing operating units without interrupting gas production operations. Directly supervised piping tie-in, hot-tap and hydrotesting groups with staffing including four US direct employees and thirty six foreign national contract personnel.Project liaison between engineer, contractor and plant management with direct interface as engineering representative to Saudi Aramco management staff. Implemented punch list and exception acceptance process to enhance and shorten cycle of construction completion through client acceptance.
