Assumed an active management role in SLS Enterprises growing the business significantly as the general manager of Dillinger’s until December of 2006. Maintained an active management role at Dillinger’s while opening The Rib Crib in January of 2006 until 2008 when returned to SLS fulltime. Took over operations at the Pizza Ranch in 2008 and increased revenues, decreased costs and improved customer satisfaction during the next four years, while continuing to oversee Dillinger’s. Increased store profitability enabling the sale of the company in 2012.
