With over 30 years experience in the retail industry, Stan has worked with retailers in both the home center and supermarket channels. In his role at CLEAResult, Stan is responsible for the daily management and oversight of all CLEAResult retail based programs ensuring that client goals are met and that service is provided at the highest level of customer satisfaction. CLEAResult is involved in retail programs in states ranging from the Northeast, Midwest, and Southeast and Pacific Northwest regions. Stan is involved in all aspects of program management, planning and implementation and has an in depth understanding of the many retailers involved in CLEAResult programs. He brings to APT an extensive list of national industry contacts spanning government agencies, retailers, and manufacturers and works closely will all of CLEAResult clients on both program design and implementation. Stan has played a major role in the design and implementation of new and progressive upstream residential lighting incentive programs that will soon be adopted by program sponsors in several regions of the United States. Stan was responsible for selecting merchandise and negotiating terms of purchase with vendors in order to be more than competitively priced in the New England market. By monitoring and researching market trends and consumer buying habits, Stan was able to respond quickly and appropriately to new opportunities, while maintaining positive business relationships with manufacturers, utilities, and other partners. He continuously surveyed global markets to identify and develop new sources of supply. Stan was responsible for developing strategic initiatives and creating long range plans for operations and merchandising growth. His 30+ years in the retail trade have allowed him to provide stores with direction in merchandising presentation, point of purchase information (i.e., signing, product knowledge, etc.) and space allotment. Stan was also the Home Depot ENERGY STAR Captain for all Regional Merchandising Managers across the country. He was instrumental in The Home Depots efforts to win the ENERGY STAR partner of the Year Award two years in a row. Due to his extensive retail background, Stan has been called to testify on behalf of retailers as a Subject Matter Expert in Retail Merchandising Concepts. His testimony played a significant role in successful The Home Depot litigation in the United States Circuit Court of Appeals.
