As a performance specialist, I head the Howard Head Sports Performance Program affiliated with the Howard Head Sports Medicine facility at the Vail Health Hospital location. I am the representative member of Sports Performance in the Physical Therapy location and as such am in charge of programming sessions for post-physical therapy patients as well as aiding in their rehabilitation. I work with “return to sport” athletes during their pre-season, in-season and post season periods. I lead education sessions for the Physical Therapy residents for their board exams. I have also been working with high school and profession athletes throughout the valley, including members of the US Ski and Snowboard teams. I lead our TOP program which works with active duty special operations soldiers from Fort Carson as well as Nellis AFB. Show less
