I worked collaboratively with Colleen during the implementation of a corporate wide application change for Time and Attendance. Colleen was selected to head up the conversion for our entire converting division. Her attention to detail, dedication to completeness and her abilities to listen and mentor new users was paramount to a timely and successful completion of this project. Colleen had been recognized by her peers and superiors as a key contributor. In 2013, with my promotion to head the financial team for our converting divisions Colleen became one of my direct reports.
