Commenced in 2003-2004 at ACSO as a Forensic Case Worker. 2004-2007- Senior Worker, overseeing ACSO's outreach program for people with a cognitive impairment.2007-2011- Program Coordinator, Disability and Adolescent Program at ACSO, overseeing Forensic Disability Services (residential and outreach) across Melbourne.2011-2013- Housing Services Manager, overseeing a suite of programs that delivered services to people impacted by the justice system. This included Forensic Residential Services, Specialist Homeless Services and Outreach Services. 2013- Acting Senior Manager, Employment services- overseeing employment contracts. 2013-2018- Senior Manager, High Risk and Complex Needs. Contractual responsibilities and oversight of supports and services to people with complex needs, including those in contact with the criminal justice system.
