My roll at RLG was as a front end Administrative Assistant. I answered and directed all incoming phone calls. I trouble shot the needs of the callers and would assist in getting them an answer they were looking for. I took incoming calls from potential new clients looking for an Real Estate investment loan. I gathered basic information and gave brief details. I used Sales Force to input borrower information and set tasks to the appropriate teammates. I was in charge of keeping a daily spreadsheet of all incoming leads and new application including converted applications. Worked along side the team business operations manager to keep the incoming leads divided and dispersed fairly. I created and prepared pre approval letters based on the approval of the Lending Specialist Team members and CEO. Provided staff with administrative assistance at any time. I arrive to work early and am responsive to requests. Being able to pivot from task to task was imperative in this roll . Using a combination of Sales Force, Teams, Outlook, Encompass, Google and other platforms was my standard daily routine. Show less
