Bio
Nicholas S. Mays, Ph.D.
As a Board Member of Metro West Community and Development Organization, I worked directly in the Executive Committee to hire a new Executive Director. This process was made smooth, doable, and meaningful by the foundational direction from Gladegy Consulting. Headed by Stacy Sufka, this firm was professional, highly knowledgeable, equipped with the latest technology and resources, and robust with respect to facilitating the search process. One of the things I noticed personally was that Gladegy cared about the final product beyond the business arrangement. They also provided the type of guidance that equipped the Board with tools and knowledge needed to select the best candidate on the behalf of Metro West and the community it serves. In each step, my colleagues and I felt confident and empowered. Again, thanks to Stacy Sufka and the team at Gladegy, the Board of Directors at Metro West hired a dynamic and capable person that we are confident will take the organization to the next level. For this reason, I highly recommend Gladegy. Dr. Nick Mays Metro West Board of Director

From my initial meeting with Stacy, I knew I’d engaged with a thought leader who would challenge me to develop a different approach to my leadership and communication styles. Over the next several weeks, Stacy provided a series of hands-on training sessions with our Adult Day Services team regarding Change Management. Stacy also supported our Program Coordinators and Direct Support Professionals with navigating thoughts, feelings and responses to a period of rapid changes that included privatization, immediately followed by COVID-19. Our team found Stacy engaging and insightful during each of the trainings that she provided. Stacy also offered a wealth of data-driven tools to help our Program Coordinators learn more about their leadership styles. Stacy also worked to equip our teams with the necessary tools to manage and effectively communicate significant programmatic changes. As our Adult Day Services leaders engaged in the series of Change Management training sessions, I was also afforded the opportunity to participate in weekly 1:1 Executive Coaching sessions with Stacy. Throughout each session, Stacy was intentional, supportive, and attentive to my goals. Stacy provided me with tools and assessments to help clearly define key areas of professional development and those areas served as our guiding map to address topics weekly. Stacy has also gone above and beyond to support me with obtaining additional professional trainings and certifications, which have only served to increase my confidence and credibility as an executive leader. I would, without hesitation, recommend Stacy and the services provided by Gladegy Consulting, LLC to anyone looking to advance their personal/professional career and/or for any organization looking to effectively engage employees in strategic initiatives.

I've had the honor of knowing Stacy for several years and witnessing her energy, passion and involvement in the community. She is a dynamic public speaker and trainer who makes her years of experience look effortless. I recently hired her as a consultant to speak at our entire bureau's annual mandatory training. Everyone loved her and said "there's never been a better training or trainer." She knows Public Health how to reach people with important messaging. I'd confidently recommend her for any capacity building and training projects.
