Stacy was responsible for a full implementation of Yardi property management software, taking two unrelated financial accounting and property management software systems and merging them into a single, fully integrated system. Stacy provided all of the staff training at eight locations in Nevada and California. Prior to Stacy's time at Allegro, owners received only quarterly financial reporting that would come 60 days after quarter end. Stacy created systems and internal controls that transitioned reporting to a monthly basis and provided ownership with financial reports within 5 days of month end. Stacy was responsible for all consolidated financial reporting, internal controls, re-financing of properties, financing of new developments, and leadership of management staff in eight locations throughout Nevada and California.
