  After overseeing the opening of the first store, we quickly grew to 5 stores in the space of a few months. I was promoted to oversee the import, stock and staffing of the stores. This involved dedication, travel and lots of negotiating with many stakeholders to uphold the reputation and deliver the service that Lorna Jane had become famous for.
