My primary duties are to investigate criminal activities, including serious felonies. My experience includes processing & investigation of crime scenes, crime scene photography, interviewing children who have been victims of sexual assault or witnesses to crimes (drug use, domestic violence, etc.), public presentations, and being a "TAC"​/counselor at the annual American Legion/NSP Girls Junior Law camp. I also instruct other law enforcement officers in crime scene photography and was a prior member of the NSP Internet Crimes Against Children Unit for the Nebraska panhandle area. I am a Certified C.S.I. (through I.A.I.), and received my Polygraph License in Nebraska in 2014. In early 2014, I was honored to present a case study of the 2012 Thiele's Pharmacy Standoff (Alliance, NE) to over 750 fellow law enforcement officers at the 35th Annual Hostage Negotiator's Conference in Baltimore, Maryland. Additionally, I serve as the Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault Specialist for HDQ's Troop area, and currently serve on our Crisis/Hostage Negotiation Team. Show less
