I have been in education for 20 years and I am currently the Instructional Technology Coordinator for Wharton ISD, Texas. I develop instructional technology programs to effectively support students and staff with our 1:1 initiative. I began her career as an elementary teacher teaching all subjects and supporting a variety of learners, including ESL and gifted students. In addition to my full time job, I create video tutorials for KyteLearning.com.

My responsibilities include a broad use of technology tools and resources to provide support to students, staff, and district level employees. This includes creating courses, presentations and researching new tools that focus on technology innovation that blends well with the curriculum, face to face training, online webinars and recorded tutorials to help increase student and teacher productivity in the classroom and beyond. I work hard to encourage teachers to grow their Personal Learning Network and provide them with the support they need to grow and learn from their campus and their PLN.
