Responding to the deep need for support of families whose children were diagnosed as being at the extreme end of the IQ spectrum, I launched the first non-profit of its kind which became nationally and internationally recognized as an exemplar for parent support organizations. It continues to run under the direction of a board of directors. ▪ Planned events and online community spaces for parent support. ▪ Public speaking locally and nationally to support parents and raise awareness.
