Stacia is a caring, smart, and very positive lady that always seems to be able to do her job and help others. She creates an atmosphere of respect and trust while leading by example. She is what I call a "real People Person." I worked with Stacia when she was an Assistant Principal and I was a teacher on a number of projects and always found her to be thoughtful, intelligent, and creative as she did her job. One of her best qualities is her ability to work with students, parents, and staff and even in difficult circumstances she is able to keep cool under pressure and she treats people with respect and dignity. She instills a sense of loyalty among her staff by her management style that many administrators are unable to achieve. I would work for Stacia any day. Tempe High is lucky to have her.
