Developed and commercialized next generation high performance polyethylene resins leveraging new catalyst and process technology through resin design, pilot plant evaluations and scale-up to commercial production. Managed research projects to understand polymer molecular structure and end use property relationships resulting in five publications, two granted US patents, and more than 50 technical papers.
