I had the pleasure of working with Stacey for the first time in early 2013 on a 50,000 s/f +/- project in Temecula my institution financed. She was extremely responsive and when we needed updated property management reports and over 25 SNDAs from tenants, executed and notarized, with very little notice prior to closing the loan, she performed wonderfully, even more so given the difficulty of a few of the tenants. I would highly recommend her services.
