I worked with Stacey while she ran the marketing operation at Looxcie/Vidcie and she did a world-class job. She was in charge of our corporate identity, PR, branding, trade shows, outbound programs, retail presence and content creation across a range of media. Stacey made a small Silicon Valley startup look like a global consumer electronics powerhouse. What I liked most about working with Stacey was the way she owned her function from beginning to end, including resolving any problems she encountered. A quick example should illustrate what I mean… Stacey was in charge of all the logistics for a large trade show we were attending in Las Vegas. The day before the show, she discovered that the company creating signage for our booth had made a serious printing error. To remedy it, she flew down from San Francisco on a weekend, sat with the printer while they created new signs to the spec she originally asked for, rented a car and then drove the new signs herself from LA to Las Vegas so they would be there for setup the day before the show. You can’t ask for a more dedicated and on-the-ball employee than Stacey. Stacey expects the best from herself, her vendors, her team, and the people she supports.
