  Working across some of the best-loved brands in the UK including Radio Times, BBC Good Food, BBC Gardeners’ World and Top Gear, I manage, work and have pints with brilliant ad agencies (Dewynters, Smithfields, Havas, December19 and You Agency) and proactively offer ad space within Immediates brands. Offering creative formats within print and digital, the portfolio of brands that Immediate has allows me to be creative in how I manage clients and agencies.   Liaising with buyers and building professional relationships, this role primarily involved managing large advertising agencies (such as McCann, P&G, Havas, OMD and Initiative) and their portfolios, to help deliver their campaigns (Just Eat, Amazon, Nestle etc) across all ITV terrestrial channels. I also worked alongside independent agencies and built solid professional relationships- managing intricate deals which required a lot of attention and care.Alongside being responsible for managing an entire agency, I trained, motivated and managed an assistant and part managed a team. I was confident in presenting to small and large groups (externally and internally), up-selling premium programming and worked to swift deadlines in a fast paced environment. Doing more than just my job description, I loved getting stuck in! I helped organise MacMillan Coffee mornings, had brainstorming sessions about workplace environments with senior management, worked on creative breaks, volunteered to help on charity phone lines and loved team events.I was also part of the comms and events team for ITV Embrace (an internal network celebrating and supporting BIPOC within the whole of ITV) and co-wrote the monthly newsletter.   Primarily a stock assistant, I worked with a team enabling that the visuals and levels of the shop floor are to the highest standards. On the social media team I created, edited and published content on social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. I also interacted with with customers through direct messages and comments. I also participated in visual merchandising, doing overnight shifts to re-merch the shop and creating perfect displays that reflect Lush standards and values. Temporarily a supervisor over Christmas I managed temps, training and assisting their growth and knowledge over the busy period. I also tasked and checked in with team members, giving feedback and help where needed. Working with the management team allowed me to understand how to to manage and support a team.
