I have designed 4 wholesale catalogues to date. During 2020, we have launched three new concept stores, including a new sector, Kenji Kafé. I played a role in location of the stores, designing planograms, developing employee handbooks, hiring new members of staff and training (using said handbooks), and creating designs for the new stores, including animations for the Kafé menu board as well as LCD window displays. I was employed to work Welcome Sunday as a Move-in/Buggy Support Assistant helping to move the new first year’s into their dormatories. Before this, I attended a training session where it was explained to us how we should behave on the day, what our personal roles were, had a manual handling presentation to ensure we did not injury ourselves or others, and a chance to meet the people we were working with on the day. Working as a team, we successfully managed to move in the majority of students quickly and efficantly. A number of parents had expressed their grattidute to us for helping the transaction run smoothly. Any issues that there might have been (such as swipe cards didn’t work or connecting to the internet) were resovled swiftly by our team. - Team Work - Manual Handling - Customer Service and Care - Communication - Health and Safety Show less
