My Job is to hold space for students who are anxious and stressed and liaise with parents, teachers, counselors, and leadership to ensure the well being for the student is met personally and academically.   SolPurpose started as a hobby where I shared my experience and ability to facilitate guided meditations. For the past 5 years I have researched and studied mindfulness, meditation and how self awareness and self development can improve our health and well being in our everyday lives.
