Stacey has done a great job this year as WholeWorks’ part-time Operations Manager, supporting our Leading the Sustainability Transformation Professional Certificate program. She smoothly and quickly stepped into this role shortly after completing LST herself, and she has been an instrumental part of LST’s growth and success this year. Stacey’s role has included: setting up the learning platform and Microsoft Teams environment for each session, managing registrations and certifications, supporting participants throughout the program, coaching participants with the projects, and documenting all of our processes to ensure consistent quality for every session we run. She has looked after all these details with enthusiasm, responsiveness and excellent follow-through. Stacey is a highly collaborative team player and a pleasure to work with. Her efforts this year have been a huge reason why LST has been recognized by our participants and clients as a uniquely high-value leadership development experience.
