  Super Sitters (formerly Surbiton Sitters) was created to help parents with their urgent and ad hoc child care needs. I started nannying and babysitting myself, but I successfully grew the business to 120 childcare professionals within 4 years. Together we operated as an agency focussed on ad hoc and emergency childcare. I was responsible for all aspects of the business including: accounts functions, marketing, social media, recruitment and Human Resources functions, all staff management, all aspects of resource allocation and client management.
