Finance Manager, Client Accounting, Reporting and Systems
-
Jan 2014 - Oct 2019
In late 2012 Touchstone was acquired by the Places for People Group which allowed the business to restructure and become fit for purpose, part of this restructure combined the client accounting functions from various offices and also across various business functions, by this time our clients were also evolving and now covered Student, Commercial, Lender Services and Investment clients. An appropriate structure was set up below to allow me delegate the management of the teams and concentrate on a more strategic and client focused role. The role is part of the companies senior management team reporting to the Finance Director. I am also responsible for the systems development and management team. Systems used include (C-series, QUBE and Pex) Show less

Residential Client Accounts Manager, Processing and Reporting teams
-
Aug 2010 - Jan 2012
As per the previous year Paladin entered the Sunday Times fast track list this time at number 8. Due to the successful management of the reporting team the decision was taken to combine the 2 client accounting teams (which I has previously worked on). This role reported to the Client Accounts Manager, the 2 teams were directly line managed by myself and responsibility for the client accounts function start to finish fell with myself.
