I cannot say enough positive things about Stacey's work. Most simply, Comcourse's entire Medical Billing and Coding program thrived because of Stacey. Considering what is probably more than a thousand students at this point have taken these courses, that's saying a lot. Her writing is excellent. She manages to make material that is technical and at times difficult to understand manageable by bringing a human feel to the material and taking students through the material at the right pace. Her expertise as an instructor is evident not only in this great pace, but also in the appropriate examples she brings to online course development, always at the right moments in her lessons. Beyond her exceptional writing and teaching, Stacey was just a pleasure to work with. She never got stressed (at least, she never gave the impression she was stressed!), even when she was asked to juggle a lot and meet stringent deadlines. She's always willing to help out, offer her expertise, etc. We leaned on her constantly, and she never let us down. As a professional, a teacher, a writer, and a person, Stacey is a gem that any school or organization would be lucky to have on their team!
